Company board committees

The committees in which the company’s Board of Directors participates and a brief overview of each committee:   1- The Committee of Experts: headed by Mr. Major General A.H. / Mahmoud Abdel Rahman Ashmawi - its tasks are determined in accordance with the terms of reference contained in the personnel system regulations. 2- Audit Committee: headed by Ms. Engineer/Laila Abdel Majeed Al-Ghazali - The tasks of this committee are determined in accordance with the Egyptian Guide to Corporate Governance. 3- Governance Committee: headed by Mr. Dr. Wael Mohamed Hassan Shams - The tasks of this committee are determined in accordance with the Egyptian Guide to Corporate Governance. 4- Environmental Protection Committee: headed by Mr. Major General A.H. Mahmoud Abdel Rahman Ashmawy - The tasks of this committee are determined in accordance with the Egyptian Guide to Corporate Governance. 5- Risk Committee: headed by Mr. Dr. Wael Mohamed Hassan Shams - The tasks of this committee are determined in accordance with the Egyptian Guide to Corporate Governance. 6- Executive Committee" headed by Mr. Major General A.H. Mahmoud Abdel Rahman Ashmawy - The tasks of this committee are determined in accordance with the Egyptian Guide to Corporate Governance.
